Hi, I'm Charlotte.

​

I’m a trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator, registered with the UK Breathwork Association, and a Yoga Alliance-certified Holistic Yoga Teacher specialising in Yin Yoga.

​

I grew up in South East London and spent much of my teens and twenties caught in a cycle of anxiety, overstimulation, depression and burnout. I filled my life with work, partying, noise and distraction - anything to avoid slowing down.

​

Underneath it all, I felt deeply disconnected from myself and from the world around me. 

​

I discovered yoga in 2018, and two years later - during the pandemic, while my dad was seriously ill and I felt more lost than ever - I experienced Conscious Connected Breathwork for the first time. It changed my life.

​

For the first time in a long time, I was able to feel again and reconnect with myself in a way that thinking or talking alone had never allowed.

​

Inspired by the profound impact these practices had on my own healing, I later trained in both Yin Yoga and Conscious Connected Breathwork so that I could support others on their own journeys.

Today I hold spaces that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and gently move through what their bodies have been holding.

​

Who I was six years ago could never have imagined I’d be here - teaching yoga, working with the breath, and holding space for others.

​

And honestly, it feels like the journey is only just beginning.
