Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment The four-week series is booked and paid for in full in advance at £40 per person. Your booking reserves your place for all four Wednesday classes. Places are limited and bookings are subject to availability. Minimum Numbers The series requires a minimum of four paid bookings to go ahead. If the minimum number has not been reached by 1st November 2026, BreatheYin reserves the right to cancel the series. If the series is cancelled due to insufficient bookings, all participants will receive a full refund of their payment. Cancellations & Missed Classes If you're unable to attend an individual class, please let me know where possible. Missed classes cannot be refunded, credited or transferred to another date. If you need to cancel your entire booking, please get in touch as soon as possible. Any refund will be handled in accordance with your statutory consumer rights and the applicable cancellation policy. If BreatheYin needs to cancel an individual class, you'll be offered a replacement date where possible or a refund for the cancelled session. Health & Wellbeing Please let me know before class if you have any injuries, health conditions or other considerations that may affect your practice. You're encouraged to practise at your own pace, listen to your body and rest or modify poses whenever needed. Participation is voluntary, and you're welcome to opt out of any posture at any time. Changes to the Series In the unlikely event that changes to the dates, times or venue are necessary, you'll be notified as soon as possible. If a significant change means you're unable to attend, an appropriate refund will be offered.
