We all carry tension, emotional baggage, unprocessed emotions that sit beneath the surface, creating tightness in the body and restricting the natural flow of our breath. Our emotions don’t just live in our minds—they are held in the body, in our fascia and our tissues, shaping how we feel, think, and move through the world.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is often referred to as ‘therapy without talking’ because it allows you to process emotions and release tension from the body—without needing to put your experiences into words.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, which primarily engages the mind, breathwork works directly with the body and nervous system. It bypasses overthinking and analysis, guiding you into a space where healing happens intuitively. Through the breath, you can access stored emotions, unravel old patterns, and move through what may have felt stuck or unprocessed for years.
What to Expect in a 1:1 Breathwork Session
Each one-to-one session lasts around an hour and is tailored to your unique needs. We’ll begin with a conversation to explore what’s present for you and what’s led you to breathwork. I’ll guide you through the process, explaining how the session will flow and what you might experience. The breathing practice itself lasts around 30 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of gentle integration—giving you space to rest, reflect, and absorb the shifts from your session.
