About the event
Most of us carry repetitive stress in the hips, legs and lower back - from training, work, stress and everyday life.
Through long-held Yin Yoga poses, we target deep connective tissue, improve mobility and support nervous system recovery - helping your body absorb effort rather than just push through it.
I'm hosting a special one-off 90 minute extended Yin practice this Sunday, and every ticket helps support seriously ill children and their families.
