A little midsummer update
It feels like it's been a little while since I last shared an update, and somehow we're already over halfway through the year. I honestly don't know where the time has gone. What do I live for...
I live for the big stuff, but mostly small moments in between. Moments that make my heart race or skip a beat. Smiles with strangers, smiles that make my eyes crease. The fluttering feeling in my chest boarding a bus or a plane, headed somewhere new, anticipation for places and people I'll meet. Hearing a song for the first time only to play it on repeat. Poems and stories as if spoken directly to me. Bold and bright sunflowers, or the smell of jasmine that reminds me of home
